Thomas J. Roberts, Principal

Tom Roberts is a Principal and founder of Harbor Lights Financial Group of the Lehigh Valley. He began his career as a Financial Advisor with Salomon Smith Barney in 2001. Tom has over 26 years of diverse business experience including 18 years in the consumer products industry where he represented worldwide brands such as Vicks, Pepsi and Crayola. He also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Fastnet, Inc. where he was an officer and helped take the company public.

Tom is an active member in the Lehigh Valley community where he serves as a Trustee on the board for the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. He is a Director for the Small Business Council of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce; and he is a member of the Presidents Council of DeSales University where he volunteers his time and insight to their Business Advisory Council. Tom also served as a board member of the Bloomsburg University Alumni Association from 2004 - 2006 and as a member of the Membership Development Committee of the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation for two years.

Tom holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Bloomsburg University.

Tom and his family have lived in the Lehigh Valley for nearly 20 years. He enjoys participating in triathlons, boating with family and friends and teaching. He'll also discuss life goals and business strategy with anyone who will listen!

 Diana M. Colahan, Client Services Director

Diana Colahan is Client Services Director for Harbor Lights Financial Group of the Lehigh Valley where she is instrumental in conducting analysis and maintaining client accounts. Prior to joining Harbor Lights, Diana served as an Investment Associate at Smith Barney where she worked in a client service capacity with Tom Roberts.

Diana is a graduate of Lehigh University where she earned a BS in Economics. She also has an Associates of Arts degree from Northhampton Community College. She is bilingual in Spanish and is an active member of the Lehigh University Alumni Home Club. Diana has a Series 7, 63 and 65 license; she is also licensed for Life, Health and Disability Insurance and she is a Notary.

Diana and her husband reside in Easton, PA. For fun, she enjoys international travel and attending Lehigh football games.

Cheryl L. Roberts, Marketing Manager

Cheryl Roberts joined Harbor Lights Financial Group of the Lehigh Valley as Marketing Manager  in January, 2008. For the past 25 years, Cheryl has worked in a variety of jobs including roles as a sales representative in the annuity and insurance industry. For the last 18 years, Cheryl focused the majority of her energy on raising three children. During this time, she also started and operated a successful childrens clothing business and a vending business. For the past nine years, she worked for the Salisbury Township School District where she served as an Instructional Assistant at Western Salisbury Elementary School.

Cheryl holds a BS in Marketing from Bloomsburg University. She is married to Tom Roberts. Her passions include reading, gardening and caring for their two Bernese Mountain Dogs.

Harbor Lights Financial Group, Inc. was established in 1994 and the Principals of this office are Rob Tendler, CFP®, CLU; Ken Roberts, CFP®, CLU, Doug Lockwood, CFP® and Deb Fournier, CFP®. The NJ team serves as a tremendous resource for our team in the Lehigh Valley.
